Shipping and Handling Policies

I. General Information

 

This document details the terms and conditions governing the collection and delivery of products that are purchased through Subelotodo. Shipping and Handling policies are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of Subelotodo, so users who wish to make use of the platform of Subelotodo must read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and policies to the time to register as users of Subelotodo.

 

II. Delivery Types

 

There are two Delivery Types depending on the place of origin and destination of the Product:

 

• International Shipping: This shiping type applies when the country of origin of the Product sold differs from the country of reception of the same.
• National Shipping: This shipping type applies when the collection and delivery of the product are made within the same country.

 

III. Delivery Modes

 

1. Through DHL EXPRESS

 

Our strategic ally of Shipping and Handling DHL EXPRESS provides its delivery services both internationally and nationally.

 

A. International shippings made through DHL EXPRESS

 

The international shipping through DHL EXPRESS is currently available among the Central American countries (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica), Panama, United States of America and the Dominican Republic; However, Subelotodo can expand this and will provide the knowledge of it to the public through its website.

 

In this mode, the user seller may elect by DHL EXPRESS to collect product at the address indicated or deliver the product to the nearest Service Center. On the other hand, the buyer user will receive his product in the direction indicated. However, there are certain areas where DHL EXPRESS does not provide its services; in these cases, DHL EXPRESS will contact the user, so he collects his package to his nearest Service Center.

 

When the product have entered premises Prosecutor of DHL EXPRESS or custom in the Fiscal area of strategic management and shipping partners, DHL EXPRESS will contact the buyer user, who can choose between two options to perform the Customs processing of Import and complete the delivery of the product:

 

1. Perform the import customs formalities through our Shipping and Handling partner, in which case he must pay fees to this procedure to then receive the product at the address indicated or withdraw it at a service center.
2. Perform the customs procedure on their own and withdraw the product purchased by themselves, in which case DHL EXPRESS will deliver the documents for Customs processing and charge the transport guide tariff. In this case, DHL EXPRESS liability ends with the delivery of the documents.

 

International shipping will be governed under the term of international commerce (Incoterms) called "EXW' Ex Works, CCI-2010;" so the user buyer will be responsible for the costs of freight, fuel, insurance, and if applicable, he has the obligation to pay customs procedure of export and import, cost of storage in customs, duties and local taxes value added.

 

B. National Shippings through DHL EXPRESS

 

The national shipping via DHL EXPRESS is currently available to Central American countries (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica), Panama and Dominican Republic, however, Subelotodo can expand this list and if it does so will inform the public through its website.

 

In this type of shipping the User Buyer will be responsible for the costs of freight, fuel, insurance and local value-added tax (if governed).

 

In this mode, the user seller may elect by DHL EXPRESS to collect product at the address indicated or deliver the product to the nearest Service Center. On the other hand, the buyer user will receive his product in the direction indicated. However, there are certain areas where DHL EXPRESS does not provide its services; in these cases, DHL EXPRESS will contact the user, so he collects his package to his nearest Service Center.

 

Duration

 

Both international and national shipping through DHL EXPRESS take an approximate period of up to 5 days since the collection of the product is carried out. To perform the customs formalities for the international shipping through DHL EXPRESS takes an additional approximate period of 3 days. The above is an approximate duration for the purpose of set parameters of time of transfer of the products purchased on Subelotodo and does not guarantee in any way that those times are the maximum terms.

 

2. Through Agree on Delivery

 

For all domestic shipments in the countries of Central America, Panama and the Dominican Republic, users may agree the form of delivery of their products. To ensure deliveries to happen and that the products are received, is designed a system based on the delivery of codes to users. The period within which they must deliver the product is 7 calendar days from the day on which users receive the delivery codes by Subelotodo.

 

To activate this mode of delivery, the user seller must indicate, at the time of the publication of his product, that he accepts this form of delivery and at the time of purchase, the buyer user must indicate that you accept this modality.

 

Once payment has been confirmed, Subelotodo will send a notice to the purchaser with a complete delivery code and another notification the user seller with an incomplete delivery code.

 

The seller user’s code has the same five initial numbers as the code of the buyer user. At the time of delivery, the seller user should check that those numbers match as well as make sure not to deliver the product to the wrong person.

 

The user buyer must provide his delivery code only when he receives the product to total conformity so that in this way, the seller user can complete his delivery key and receiving his payment.

 

So that the Price for the sold Product (minus the commission by sale) is added to the seller user, this one Will have to enter the Complete Delivery Code in the My Subelotodo section of his Subelotodo account.

 

3. Through Agree on Delivery without Delivery Code

 

For all domestic shipments in the United States, users may agree the form of delivery of their products.

 

To actívate this delivery mode, the seller user must indicate, at the moment of the product publication, that he accepts this delivery way and at the momento of the purchase, the buyer user has to indicate that he agrees with this mode.

 

IV. Shipping and Handling Partners

 

Subelotodo facilitates the shipment of the products through its handling and shipping allies: DHL EXPRESS for Central America, Panama. United States and Dominican Republic.

 

DHL EXPRESS has a network of service centers in different regions of countries in Central America, Panama and Dominican Republic. Below is the list of service centers by country:

Subelotodo will provide a listing of the DHL EXPRESS Service Centers neares to the address indicated by the seller user at the momento of the Product’s publication in its web site.

 

V. Exclusivity

 

The user buyer has to contract the services of DHL EXPRESS for transportation and insurance of their products for international shipping.

For domestic shipments in the countries of Central America, Panama, United States and Dominican Republic, the buyer can select the mode of delivery for your convenience, provided the seller has admitted this option.

 

VI. Requirements for Shippings and Reception of Products INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGS

 

For the correct sending and reception of products it is necessary that the seller user and buyer user comply with requirements requiring the laws and authorities of their countries in the field of export, import and tariff.

 

The user seller must have the documents that are required depending on the country of origin at the time of the collection: not having the complete documents on a third collect made by DHL EXPRESS or after 3 days of the date established by the user seller for the delivery of the product in a service center of DHL EXPRESS, Subelotodo will return to the user buyer the price paid for the product plus his accessories and the seller user surcharge shall be of the 8.75% on the price of the product concept of sale failed.

 

The documents described here are a mere reference to the users, who are responsible for the verification of the documents needed to make exports and imports according to the legal requirements in his country.

 

A. Export

 

• Requirements for a Formal Export

 

There will be Formal export when the Proof of payment of the product export amount is equal to or greater than the following amounts:

 

• US $1,000.00 in Guatemala Honduras. Nicaragua, Costa Rica y Panamá:
• US $500.00 in El Salvador:
• US $Z 500.00 in Estados Unidos de América, y
• US $2,000.00 in República Dominicana.

 

Below are the requirements that the user seller is obliged to make in order to realize a Formal export from every country in Central America, Panama, United States of America and the Dominican Republic.

 

Requirements to send a product from El Salvador to other countries where Subelotodo operates.

 

User seller must have its importer (importer NIT) tax identification number and must obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal export:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or land guide), given by Subelotodo and
2. Proof of Export Payment (original and two copies).

 

Requirements to send a product from Guatemala to other countries wher Subelotodo operates.

 

The user seller must have his code of exporter and his identification number tax (NIT), he must also obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal export:

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or land guide), given by Subelotodo and
2. Proof of Export Payment (original and two copies).

 

Requirements to send a product from Honduras to other countries wher Subelotodo operates.

 

The user seller must have his national tax register (RIN) and must obtain the following documents whenever he makes a Formal export:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or land guide), given by Subelotodo and
2. Proof of Export Payment (original and two copies).

 

Requirements to send a product from Nicaragua to other countries where Subelotodo operates.

 

The user seller must have its unique registration of taxpayer (RUC) and must obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal export:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or land guide), given by Subelotodo and
2. Proof of Export Payment (original and two copies).

 

Requirements to send a product from Costa Rica to other countries where Subelotodo operates.

 

User seller must be registered in Procomer as exporter, have his Personal ID (natural persons) or juridical identity card, and must obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal export:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or land guide), given by Subelotodo and
2. Proof of Export Payment (original and two copies).

 

Requirements to send a product from Panama to ther countries where Subelotodo operates.

 

The user seller must have its unique registration of taxpayer (RUC) and must obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal export:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or land guide), given by Subelotodo and
2. Proof of Export Payment (original and two copies).

 

Requirements to send a product from the United States to other countries where Subelotodo operates.

 

The user seller must have his Social Security number (55151) if he’s a natural person or his employer identification (EIN) if he is a juridical person and he must obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal export:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or land guide), given by Subelotodo and
2. Proof of Export Payment (original and two copies).

 

Requirements to send a product from the Dominican Republic to other countries where Subelotodo operates.

 

The user seller must have its national tax registry (RNT) and must obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal export:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or land guide), given by Subelotodo and
2. Proof of Export Payment (original and two copies).

 

Subelotodo provides a Payment Proof model for the seller user that does not emit Payment Proofs often.

 

• Requirements for the Formal export

 

There will be Informal export when the amount of the proof of payment for the product exported does not exceed US $1,000.00 in all the countries of Central America and Panama, with the exception of El Salvador where export is informal when the amount of the proof of payment does not exceed US $500.00 and United States, where export is informal when the amount of the proof of payment of the product is less than USD $2.500.00. and in the Dominican Republic, where export is informal when the amount thereof does not exceed $2,000.00.

 

The requirements that the Seller User is obliged to meet to realice an Informal Export from any country in Central America, Panama, the United States or the Dominican Republic are the following:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or land guide), given by Subelotodo and
2. Proof of Export Payment (original and two copies).

 

Subelotodo provides a Payment Proof model for the Seller User who does not emit Payment Proofs often.

 

In all cases, the user encouraged to learn about additional requirements that apply to your product to protect free trade agreements, with the aim of elimination or substantial reduction of tariffs paid by its products.

 

The list of documents previously submitted are examples only and it may not be complete, so it is recommended for users to investigate the necessary documents for export of their products in their country of origin. Subelotodo is not responsible for the requirement of documents or additional requirements.

 

B. Import

 

There will be Formal import all internment and importation of products where custom required the elaboration of the policy or import declaration for imports in any country of Central America and Panama. In the case of imports into the United States of America, there will be Formal imports for those products whose bill exceeds $2,000.00 from the declared value in cases where imported products are in the specified categories in the US Customs legislation. The buyer user has two options to perform the Customs processing of import: a) Make it through DHL EXPRESS or b) Contract third party services for the liberation of the Product.

 

Below are the requirements that the user buyer must meet to perform the import of a product in every country in Central America, Panama, United States and Dominican Republic.

 

Requirements to receive a product in El Salvador from other countries where Subelotodo operates.

 

The user buyer shall have its importer (importer NIT) tax identification number and must obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal import:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or Land Guide) provided by DHL EXPRESS and
2. Declaration or Import Policy (if the customs require so).

 

Requirements to receive a product in Guatemala from other countries where Subelotodo operates.

 

The user buyer must have their tax number identification (NIT) and must obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal import:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or Land Guide) provided by DHL EXPRESS and
2. Declaration or Import Policy (if the customs require so).

 

Requirements to receive a product in Honduras from other countries where Subelotodo operates.

 

The user buyer must have his national tax registry (RTN) and must obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal import:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or Land Guide) provided by DHL EXPRESS or other Handling and Shipping Partner
2. Declaration or Import Policy and Import Policy in CENTREX (whenever the Payment Proof exceeds the value of USD $3,000.00 and if the customs require so).

 

Requirements to receive a product in Nicaragua from other countries where Subelotodo operates.

 

The user buyer must have his Unique Taxpayer Registry (RUC) and must obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal import:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or Land Guide) provided by DHL EXPRESS or other Handling and Shipping Partner
2. Declaration or Import Policy and Import Policy in CENTREX (if the customs require so)

 

Requirements to receive a product in Costa Rica from other countries where Subelotodo operates.

 

The user buyer must have his Personal identification (natural persons) or legal identity and must obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal import:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or Land Guide) provided by DHL EXPRESS or other Handling and Shipping Partner
2. Declaration or Import Policy and Import Policy in CENTREX (if the customs require so)

 

Requirements to receive a product in Panama from other countries where Subelotodo operates.

 

The user buyer must have his Unique Taxpayer Registry (RUC) and must obtain the following documents whenever he performs a Formal import:

 

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or Land Guide) provided by DHL EXPRESS or other Handling and Shipping Partner
b) Declaration or Import Policy and Import Policy in CENTREX (if the customs require so)

 

Requirements to receive a product in the United States from other countries where Subelotodo operates.

1. Transport Guide (Aerial or Land Guide) provided by DHL EXPRESS or other Handling and Shipping Partner
2. Declaration or Import Policy and Import Policy in CENTREX (if the customs require so)

 

In all cases, the user encouraged to learn about additional requirements that apply to your product to protect free trade agreements, with the aim of elimination or substantial reduction of tariffs paid by its products.

Additional Requirements

 

For International Shippinga, besides the Shipping and Handling, the user buyer will have to:

 

1. Contract a Merchandise Insurance through DHL EXPRESS or other strategic partner of Subelotodo:
2. Contract the Export Customs Procedures with DHL EXPRESS or another strategic partner of Subelotodo (if ther is fromal export) and Import (if it is required by customs) and
3. Pay the custom duties and storage expenses (if they apply)

 

NATIONAL SHIPPINGS

 

In this type of shipping the buyer user will be responsible for the costs of shipping, insurance and taxes (if applied). The user seller on the other hand, must:

 

• Attach the Land Guide provided by Subelotodo to the package.
• Attach the Payment Proof (if it applies) to the package.

 

VII. Insurances

 

For the International Shippings it is the buyer’s obligation to contract a Merchandise Insurance. In the same way, for National Shippings the Buyer User will have to contract a Merchandise Insurance, except when the value of the products doesn’t exceed US$100.00, where insuring the product is left the the user’s will.

 

VIII. Customs Procedures

 

A. Export Customs Procedures

 

To perform a Formal export, it is necessary to carry out the customs procedure of export which consists in the elaboration of the declaration or export policy. This requirement does not apply to Panama, where the Customs authorities do not require the elaboration of Declaration of the goods.

 

The policy may only be made by DHL EXPRESS and will always be an individual policy. The cost of the procedure must be prepaid by the buyer user through Pagadito.

 

A. Import Customs Procedures

 

Once the product enters the customs of the country of destination is the Import Customs Procedures must be made. which is only carried out at the request of the customs. This procedure is incidental and is at the discretion of the Customs demand it or not, so buyer user will not incur this cost sometimes.

 

The customs import procedure is not prepaid by the purchaser but that DHL EXPRESS will contact with the user, purchaser or recipient so he can choose between two options:

 

1. Realize the procedure with DHL EXPRESS paying the corresponding tariff, or
2. Realize the Customs Procedure through his own accountby paying DHL EXPRESS only the handling of the guide.

 

If after 7 days from the moment in which DHL Express communicates to the user buyer that he has not paid customs tariffs and import formalities or has not withdrawn his product, the seller user will be paid for his product, and the buyer user will lose the right to activate the mechanism of solution of claims.

 

IX. Taxes and tariffs

 

The different tax obligations arising from transactions carried out in the Subelotodo platform are the responsibility only of buyers and sellers as appropriate. For cases of international shipments, is the sole responsibility of the user buyer to pay the fees that apply. Its the exclusive liability of the seller user to deliver receipts of the sales made, that may be applicable (for example: invoices, invoice of export or any other proof of payment): as it is the exclusive responsibility of the user buyer to demand such documentation.

 

X. Obligations

 

Obligations for the Buyer User

 

The user buyer has the main liability of paying the cost of handling and shipping including: freight, fuel, insurance, if it applies, it is required to pay customs procedures for import and export, storage, value tax costs added for each above mentioned service and taxes and/or tariffs.

 

Obligations for the Seller User

 

The Seller User has the following obligations:

 

• Weigh and measure effectively the product when publishing it in Subelotodo in such way as to identify the more exact weight for the purpose of handling and shipping costs. Otherwise, he will be responsible for payment of any increase in the amount of handling and shipping caused by the extra kilograms. This amount is deducted from the payment deposited by the buyer user;
• Generate the collection in our system within a maximum period of 3 days in after the notification of the product’s purchase. If the seller user does not generate the collection of his product within that period, Subelotodo will return the user buyer the price paid for the product plus his accessories and the seller user a surcharge of the 8.75% of the price of the product in concept of the failed sale.
• Pack the Product in a correct manner.
• Have the product and documentation ready and complete at the day and time indicated to DHL EXPRESS for te collection of the Producto r deliver the Product to a DHL EXPRESS Service Center in the indicated date. If he does not have the complete documents in the third collect made by DHL EXPRESS or 3 days after the established date by the Seller User for the delivery of the Product in a DHL EXPRESS Service Center, Subelotodo will return the amount paid for the product plus its accessories to the buyer user and will charge a surcharge of the 8.75% over the product’s Price plus US$o.25 in concept of failed transaction.

 

Xl. Tariffs

 

The Shipping and Handling Tariffs and its accessories are the following:

 

Shipping and Handling

 

The costs for the National Shipping through DHLEXPRESS are the following:

 

• US$ 5.94 + fuel (Added value tax) even fo the first + US$ 1.35 + fuel (Added value tax) for the 0.5 Kilogramm or additional fraction for Central America and Panama and
• US$ 11.50 + fuel (added tax value) even for the first Kilogramm Kilogramo + US$ 1.27 + fuel (added tax value) for the 0.5 Kilogramm or additional fraction for the Dominican Republic.

 

The costs for the International Shipping through DHL Express are the following:

 

• US$ 15.72 + fuel (added tax value) even for the first 0.5 Kilogramm + US$ 2.09 + fuel (added tax value) for every 0.5 Kilogramm or additional fraction for shippings to Central America and Panama.
• US$ 28.68 + fuel (added tax value) even for the first 0.5 Kilogramm + US$ 4.73 + fuel (added tax value) for every 0.5 Kilogramm or additional fraction for shippings to the United States.
• US$ 30.57 + fuel (added tax value) even for the first 0.5 Kilogramm + US$ 5.15 + fuel (added tax value) for every 0.5 Kilogramm or additional fraction for shippings to the Dominican Republic.

 

The fuel costs vary from month to month, for which Subelotodo will provide the exact cost in a monthly manner.

 

Insurances

 

The costs for insurance concept that the purchaser will have top ay while using DHL Express for the Shipping and Hangling of his product will be the following:

 

• US$ 5.75 (added tax value) for the product which declared value in the payment proof is less than US$ 100.00;
• US$ 11.50 (added tax value) for the product which declared value in the payment proof is between US$ 100.00 and US$ 1,000.00; and
• 1.15% (added tax value) over the producto of the payment proof, when the declared value in the payment proof of a product is bigger to US$ 1.000.00.

 

Customs Procedures

 

• The Export Custom Procedure for every country of Central America and Panama is of US$ 40.25 (tax value added).
• The Export Custom Procedure cost for the United States is of US$ 23.00 (tax value addded).
• The Export Custom Procedure for the Dominican Republic is of US$ 34.50 (tax value added).
• The Import Custom Procedure in every country in Central America, the United States and the Dominican Republic is approximately of US$ 50.85 plus added tax value.

 

XII. Quoted

 

The quoted is a tool that Subelotodo makes available to users buyers to provide the estimate of the costs of freight, fuel, insurance, customs procedures of export and corresponding local value-added taxes.

 

XIII. Claims

 

Users who are dissatisfied with the product received, can activate the claims settlement mechanism of Subelotodo. The effects of the presentation of a claim vary according to the selected shipping type:

 

DHL Express

 

In the case of product delivery via DHL Express, the buyer must fill the form Claims explaining the reasons for their dissatisfaction during the 3 days after receiving the product. After receiving the note, Subelotodo will contact the seller designated by the claimant and give him 3 days to present his version of the facts. Once received and analyzed both versions, Subelotodo will take a final and unappealable, decision which shall inform the claimant and the involved user.

 

If there is no Resolution Mechanism of Claims activation during said period, Subelotodo will presume the delivery and conformity with the product.

 

Agree on Delivery

 

The maximum term that any active user has to activated the mechanism of solution of claims is 3 days after the 7 days posterior to the notification of the codes to each of the users. If there is no activation of the mechanism of solution of Claims in this period, Subelotodo presumes delivery and compliance with the product.

 

Upon receiving the claim, Subelotodo will contact the seller so that within a period of 2 days he enters his delivery code. If the code is entered at the set time, Subelotodo will understand that the buyer received the product with total conformity and shall pay the amount of the sale to the seller.

 

If the code is not entered in the established time, the transaction will be cancelled, which has as consequences:

 

• The return of the total paid amount to the buyer minus a surcharge of the 5% over the transaction amount for failed sale and
• The application of a surcharge for failed sale to the seller, equivalent to the 5% over the total amount of the sale.

 

Agree on Delivery without Code

 

The maximum time in which any active users can activate the mechanism of solution of claims is 3 days after fifteen days after notification of the purchase of the product. If there is no activation of the mechanism of solution of claims in this period, Subelotodo presumes the delivery and compliance with the product.

 

Upon receiving of the claim, Subelotodo communicate with the seller so that within a period of 7 days he presents the corresponding shipping tests.

 

If the seller does not have the delivery sheet by the deadline, Subelotodo will understand that the product was not delivered or was not delivered to the buyer’s compliance. In this case, the transaction will be cancelled, the total amount paid will be returned to the purchaser less a surcharge by the failed sale of 5% on the transaction amount and a surcharge will be charged to the seller of 5% over the amount of the transaction by the same concept.

 

In this mode, the claims settlement mechanism is valid only in cases in which the buyer does not receive the product and has as effects: abort the transaction, return the total amount paid to the buyer and make a charge to the seller, which is equivalent to the Commission by sale of the product in respect of the transaction is cancelled.

 

XIV. Return of Products

 

DHL Express

 

In claim cases that Subelotodo resolves the complaint submitted in favour of the purchaser and resolves that the product is returned, and the delivery is carried out via DHL Express, the seller must pay the original costs of shipping and handling, the costs of shipping and handling and the Commission by sale for the return of his product within a maximum of 3 days and return.

 

When payment has been made by seller, Subelotodo will send a notice to the purchaser with the instructions to generate a transport guide and request the collection or indicate that it will deliver the package to a DHL Express Service Center: in any of the cases, the purchaser shall deliver the package to DHL Express within a maximum period of 3 days. Once the collection of the product is confirmed, the return of the original amount to the buyer will be made to his balance in my Pagadito, in a maximum of 3 working days.

 

If the seller does not pay the costs of shipping and handling in time, Subelotodo a surcharge will be made of the 8.75% over the price of the product for the failed sale concept. In this case the seller expressly accepts the loss of his product and the buyer will remain with the product and will only receive the price paid for the same (not including costs related to handling and shipping).

 

If the buyer does not generate the collection or delivers the package in the time-bound, the resolution will favour the purchaser and shall be added to the Pagadito balance of the seller, in a maximum of 3 business days, the sum of the price of sale of product and expenditure of paid return, less a charge for the failed purchase selling of the 8.75% of the total sale.

 

Agree on Delivery

 

Under these types of shipping, Subelotodo is not responsible for the return of the goods, this will be sole responsibility of the parties.

 

Any return of funds will be made within a maximum of 3 working days from the decision taken by Subelotodo in which a return is resolved.

 

XV. Prohibited Products

 

A. Prohibited products listing by DHL Expres

 

The User under no circumstance will be able to send the following Products through DHL EXPRESS:

 

• Living animals. Mammals, reptiles, arachnids, fishes and birds (alive). Note: The insects, larvae and pupae are in the restricted Products section.
• Stamp Duties. Self-adhesive labels that prove that a tax was paid.
• Gold/Silver ingots (or from any precios metal).
• Firearm replicas, ammunition, pyrotechnic devices, etc. Note: Toy firearms are in the restricted Products section.
• Precious rocks
• Fantasy jewelry with a value that exceeds €250 EUR by article and shippings with a bigger value than €25000 EUR.
• Watches with a value bigger than €1,000 EUR by article and shippings with a value bigger than €25,000 EUR.
• Firearm parts. Clarifying note: articles that can be used as weapons but whose primary function is different (decorative sword, kitchen knives, netc.) can be transported.
• Skins and ivory.
• Insects, larvae, pupae, etc.
• Jewelry and objects built with precios materials and/or rocks.
• Negotiable instruments to the carrier.
• Active SIM cards for cell phones, credit or debit cards blank or active, tickets for events, lottery tickets, money or postal orders, tickets in blank, traveler’s check, vouchers, stamps in blank, etc.
• Loose and/or prepared tobacco.
• Toy weapons.
• Dangerous articles such as:
• Explosives
• Gases
• Flammable liquids
• Flammable solids
• Organic Peroxide Oxides
• Toxic or infectious substances
• Radioactive
• Corrosives
• Designer clothing and accessories that exceed €250,000 EUR.
• Perfumery
• Alcoholic substances
• Pharmaceutics and drugs that exceed €250,000 EUR.
• Medical samples. This includes corporal fluids and tissue samples (human or animal).
• Cell phones, microprocessors y electronic components with a value that exceeds €250,000 EUR.
• Perishing articles. This includes articles that require temperature regulation or have a perishing risk due to its nature (food, flowers, etc.).

 

XVI. Domicile and applicable law

 

This agreement is governed by the active laws in the Republic of Panama. The User surrenders his domicile and for the effects of this contract designs as special domicile the city of Panama and submits himself to the jurisdiction and laws of the Republic of Panama. It is set as SubastaloTodo domicile, the society of R.L. the city of Panama, Republic f Panama.
