Charges

This section describes every charge related to Subelotodo’s use. This annex is part of Subelotodo’s Terms and Conditions of Use and it’s linked to its agreement.

I. Charges

The publication of goods or services for sale is free of charge. The seller will be charged only with a Commission by Sale equivalent to the 7% of the product’s price in addition to US$0.25 for every successful once the operation is completed. This commission will be charged even in the event in which the operation isn’t completed in cdue to an imputable cause to the seller.

Payment vouchers will be extended to the users for the commissions. This charges already include taxes.

II. Billing

Subelotodo will emit a payment voucher the moment the charges are generated through a notification to the user. In addition, the user can verify the charges in My Subelotodo > My Account’s State.

III. How are charges paid?

All charges are paid through the payment platform Pagadito.

At the moment of realizing a payment, the user will receive a notification confirming the transaction.

Subelotodo accepts prevalidated payments for its Pagadito allied payment platform. Through this type of payment, the user registers his Pagadito Account in the payment process, to then complete the validation of his account and the payment.

For the prevalidated payments, the user will have to complete his or her payment within 2 calendar days after its registration, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled and the respective notifications will be realized to reverse the transaction.

The Commission for Sale is discounted at the moment of the accreditation of the funds to the seller.

The user explicitly authorizes Subelotodo to charge him/her automatically through his Pagadito account or through the credit card associated to said account, in any case in which a pending obligation by the user to Subelotodo exists. In the cases in which Subelotodo can’t make the automatic charge, the user has 3 days to realize the payment from his Subelotodo account, otherwise Subelotodo can effectuate the necessary sanctioning.
