Failures in the System Policies

Subelotodo will compensate the seller that results affected in case of failures lasting mor than an hour, either in Subelotodo’s browser or in the bid of auctions and purchases of articles in the platform.

It is understood by affected seller the one that has made any publication at the time of the system’s failure or in the following hour after the system’s failure has ended.

The affected publications will only be extended for 24 additional hours in case of failure of two or more hours in the bid of auctions or purchase of articles.

On the other hand, Subelotodo won’t take any responsability for the system failures concernig the buyer since it will be understood that an offer or purchase has been successfully realized when said buyer receives the confirmation notification for his transaction, otherwise his offer or purchase was not registrated in Subelotodo’s system.
