Products that infringe the Intellectual Property Rights

I. General Information

Subelotodo protects the rights of intellectual property including: copyright, patents, utility models, marks, industrial secrets among others. Therefore, it is absolutely prohibited the publication and sale of Products or Services that infringe laws in this matter. Subelotodo will remove all publications of products or services that infringe the established policies or any applicable law.

Subelotodo in general prohibits the publication of re-recorded CDs, illegal compact discs or copies of CDs, movies on VCD, DIVX format or any other format non-commercial except that they are the copyright holders who sold them. In addition, it’s prohibited the sale of compact discs containing music in MP3 format, when it is not expressly authorised by the artist or record company owner of the respective rights, or violates any law.

Sellers are responsible for exclusive articles that they offer, they should make sure that their items are authentic before they publish them to Subelotodo so, if it is not possible for the user to verify the authenticity or legitimacy of a product, it is recommended not to post it for sale.

II. Prohibitions

Below is a list of the articles prohibiting publication, offer and sale through the web site Subelotodo.

1. Aunothorized copies

This includes among others, the following: pirated copies of videogames: copies in any format of recorded television programs of television or Internet broadcasts; copies of security or software file: pirated copies of music: pirated or unauthorized recordings of film screenings or events or shows; VCD or DIVX format movies or any other non-commercial format; CD-R DVD-R or other recordable media. unless the same are unrecorded and promotional CDs.

2. Downloads

Products that can be downloaded from Internet, keys or access to sites or documents hosted on the Internet. However, is not subject to the ban that user who owns copyright of the downloadable material, so be sure indicate it in their publications.

3. Faked material y replicas

Products that are faked or unauthorized copies. Subelotodo keeps the right to remove the publications that don’t don’t indicate the authorisaion of the company or respective brand.

4. Academic software

To publish, offer or sell software to students at reduced prices, you must be authorized to do so or be a student or member of the academic institution and indicate in the publication.

5. Image or description theft

Each user must make the description his product or service with his own words and his own photographs in each of his publications, so may not be used in publications photographs or descriptions of other Subelotodo users without your permission. III. Corrective measures

Subelotodo can terminate the publications that infringe the rules mentioned in this document or any applicable law. Repeated violations of the Subelotodo policies may result in temporary suspension or even the definitive disqualification of the user account Subelotodo.
