Interactive Zone Norms

I. General Information

In the following are described the rules that the Subelotodo users have to respect while using the Interactiv Zone. This section is part of Subelotodo’s Terms and Conditions of Use, and is binding from the acceptance of said Terms.

II. What is the Interactive Zone?

The Interactive Zone is an area in which Subelotodo’s users can emit their opinions, present their doubts, all with the means of better knowing the other users and so make informed decisions at the time of purchasing or selling.

III. Responsability

The emitted opinions are an exclusive responsability of the user that realizes them. Said expressions must respect the laws, Terms and Conditions of Use and other policies of Subelotodo.

IV. Bad use of the Interactive Zone

It is understood that there has been bad use of the Interactive Zone, but not limited to that, emit vulgar, obscene, violent, discriminating comments, that introduce private information, those that have nothing to do with the proposed subject, that pretend to confuse, the ones that copy one already eliminated from the Zone, the ones that contain material unfit for minors, and in general whichever that is opposed to, or invite to infringe upon, the Terms and Conditions of Use and other Subelotodo Policies.

Making messages with the intent of interrupt active discussions, or that look to affect the activity of the Zone, those that imply products publicity of any kind even if they are published in Subelotodo’s platform is considered a bad use of the Interactive Zone. It’s also forbidden to use this zone to realize complaints or to fakely pass for a Subelotodo employee.

The emitted messages by the users in this Zone will be eliminated whenever Subelotodo considers that they imply a bad use of the Interactive Zone, Subelotodo will even be able to suspend the account for 15 days or cancel the user’s account.

The users that notice the bad use of the Interactive Zone can report it to Subelotodo.
