User Reputation

I. User Score

It consists on the total of earned points by the user in his quality as a seller and buyer. This rating appears in parenthesis next to the pseudonym used by the user.

a) As a selling user

The score of the selling user consists on the ratings made by buyers about him, and can be:

b) As a buying user

The score of the buying user consists on the ratings made by the sellers from who purchased, and can be:

c) Special Scores

When the User Score reaches a certain number of points, the user is credited with a medal. The type of medal that he wins will depend on the number of points acheived:

d) User Score when more than one operation occurs with the same user

If the user sells a Product to the same buying user the score will be calculated for each operation if these occurr in a period higher than seven days. However,if said transactions take place in a period equal or higher to seven days, only one point will be added or substracted from the User Score according to the average of points received during said period.

II. Other User Reputation indicators

Besides the User Score the reputation his reputation can be met through other indicators that appear in the user’s Profile. These scoresare not taken into account when calculating the User Score, they are simply guides to identify with ease good users.

a) Positive User Score percentage

It is the result of the division of positive scores by the total number of scores received in a period of 12 months.

b) Recent Scores

This section didplays the positive, negative or neutral scores detail received in 1, 6 and 12 months.

c) Detailed Rating of the selling user.

The buying user may opt to detail how the selling user behaved according with the following criteria, among others:

Precise description of the article. If the object received properly reflects the description of the selling user towards it.

Communication. If the seler responded quickly to the buyer’s questions.

Shipping time. If the shipping time was according to the one claimed to make the article reach the buyer.

For each criteria the buyer can grant 5 mallets to the seller, 5 mallets being the best rating. This rating is anonymous.

The User Score detail will appear in his Profile once 10 or more of these details are realized. Once the ratings are shown, thesewill consist on the average of all User Score Details made in the last 12 months.

If the user acquires more than one article from the same selling user the User Score Detail will be calculated for each operation if they occurr along various weeks.

However, if said transactions take place within the same week every rating made will be taken into account as if they are the same.

III. When to make the User Score

Only the Subelotodo users can make the user ratings. The Users can realize the User Score and other User Reputation indicators of the user up until 60 days after receiving the purchased article, wheter he is a seller or buyer.

IV. When are the User Scores eliminated

The user scores, meaning the scores and comments, will be erased by Subelotodo when the user that emitted them breaks the evaluation rules exposed in this annexe or any other Subelotodo policy. To incurr with said prohibitions can have limited consequences to the privileges of purchase and sell, and until the suspension of the accounts of the users by Subelotodo.

The comments are prohibited when they contain:

1. Profane, vulgar, obcene, racist or adult material language.
2. Negative reviews that contradict other positive comments made to the buyer with a positive score.
3. Comments about other operations
4. Links or scripts
5. References to Subelotodo investigations.
6. Personal information of the user that emitsthe comment or of other users, with real names, e-mail, address, phone number.
7. Political, religious, or social opinions different from those related to the operation that took place.

The comments made by the users can be erased at the request of the same users, to do so they will have to fill the Comments Elimination Form indicating the reasons to remove said comment.
