Before making an offer

Check the User Reputation of the seller from the page of the Product that you wnat to purchase, since for every realized transaction the buyers can rate the Selling Users based on the experience of the transaction.

Before making an offer in an Auction, read again the quantity that you are offering. Remember that once you click on thwe confirm button you can’t back away from the offer.

When you win an Auction or use Buy Now!

Read carefully every notification sent by Subelotodo to your registered e-mail
Keep up with the shipping through the tracking number, which is the same in the Transport Guides that is given to you.
If you wish to Agree on Delivery don’t give the Complete Delivery Code to the Selling User before receiving the Product to your confort.
If you decide to Agree on Delivery make sure to make the delivery in a place where it’s possible to test the Product’s functioning.
Take into account that when you Agree on Delivery the Selling User will contact you and you will have to reveal personal information to establish the delivery’s terms.
If you wish to use DHL Express, choose to contract an insurance for your Product, even if the chosen options are not required, to avoid any problem in case of any damage during the delivery.
It’s important to keep in mind that Subelotodo never reveals your personal information to the Selling User at any moment of the purchasing process, making your purchase completely anonymous. This does not apply to Agree on Delivery, case in which you will need to reveal your information to make effective the Product’s delivery.
