How to safely sell?

By following the following recommendations you’ll avoid possible claims against you and you will protect yourself in case they arise:

Write a clear, complete and precise title and description.
Be honest while explaining your article’s condition without omitting any wear and tear, evident or not.
Take pictures of your Product and package before sending it. By doing so in case of any claim you can provide documental evidence to bsck up your argument.
Read in detail all the notifications that Subelotodo will send you via your registered e-mail and remember to keep copies.
If you decide to Agree on Delivery don’t deliver the Product to the Buying User until he gives you the Complete Delivery Code.
If you decide to Agree on Delivery verify the authenticity of the Complete Delivery Code provided by the Buying User with the Incomplete Delivery Code sent by Subelotodo to you.
If you decide to Agree on Delivery make sure that you don’t lose the Complete Delivery Code once it’s given to you by the Buying User, since it can’t be recovered unless he gives it to you again.
If you decide to Agree on Delivewry make sure you enter the Complete Delivery Code as soon as possible oncew it’s given to you by the Buying User.
Take into account that when you Agree on Delivery you will have to contact the Buying User and reveal personal information to establish the delivery terms.
If you choose to use DHL Express make sure you pack your Product properly to avoid any claim or trouble.
