How does the User Reputation work?

The more important indications of the User Reputation are the following:

1) User Score
This score is an indicator of the Buying and Selling User Reputation. The Buying User will be able to to assign the Selling User a positive rating that adds 1 point,a negative rating which rests 1 point or a neutral score which doesn’t add or rests any point from the User Score. In the same way, the Selling User rates the Buying User.

Once a certain number of points is reached, the Buying or Selling User, will become the creditor of a medal in the following way:

2)Detailed Selling User Rating
The Selling Users can be rated with more precision by assigning a “Mallet” quantity according to the experience of the transaction in terms of:
a)Description of the Product
b)Communication and
c)Delivery Time

The Buying Users can assign from 1 to 5 mallets in each category, 5 beign the highest score. This rating will appear after 10 ratings to such Selling User are made in an average form in the Products of said User.

It’s important to rate the Selling Users since it helps the other Buying Users to have a better idea of what to expect from the Selling Users.
